Shipping policy
Most of what you see on our website is made by hand therefore the time it takes between when the order is made and when you receive your item can vary between products. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 – 7 working days. Your item will be sent by the following methods:
United Kingdom
Orders £150 and over: FREE 48 hour delivery
Orders under £150: Tracked 48 hour delivery costs £3.50
All orders: Tracked 24 hour delivery costs £5.50
Special Delivery service costs £7.80 (not available on Fri-Sun) which is guaranteed NEXT DAY.
Orders will usually ship the following working day (postcode restrictions and made-to-order items do not apply.)

Shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked Airsure service that takes 3-7 days. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code. In some cases we use DPD, you will be made aware of this upon shipping confirmation.
United States & Canada
£18.50 (US: this includes tariffs paid)

Other Info
ROVE is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of ROVE to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If you do have a query on the international shipping rates or anything else, please contact us before you order and we can provide a more accurate quote based on the items you plan to order.
Missing parcels, delivery disputes or problems with delivery need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of the shipping date, after this date we can accept no responsibility for missing or lost items.

All our orders are gift wrapped, however we use only biodegradable, recyclable or recycled packaging, and work with only responsible delivery providers.
