Returns & Exchanges

Here at ROVE we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe the products we make are an investment so we want you to be able to wear your new item/s with ease and confidence. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, it doesn’t fit you, or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 14 days of the order shipment date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original order number.

During November and December, our returns period is extended... 

Any items purchased during November and December 2023 can be returned up until Monday 8th January 2024, providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts 

If the item was a gift, you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

Shipping Your Returns 

To return your product, please send to: ROVE Knitwear, Unit 5, Rear of, 42-60 Ethelbert Road, Margate CT9 1SB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When posting a return item, you should consider using a trackable service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 48) or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
